Tear Trough Training Course

Age related changes in the orbit around the eyes ageing in combination with loss of skin elasticity, tone and thinning of the skin, the infraorbital margin retracts giving a more sunken appearance. This results in formation of tear troughs. Prior to correction of tear trough area, we may need to treat ‘’Crows feet’’ with Botox® and loss of cheek volume with dermal fillers to achieve the best results.


Indications of tear trough include:

  • Minimal palpebral bags

This course is suitable for medical practitioners (doctor, dentist, nurse, midwives or prescribing pharmacist) who have completed both basic and advanced dermal filler training courses and have reasonable level of experience in aesthetic medicine.

NB: All the delegates are encouraged to attend a few sessions with one of our trainers at one of our clinics after the course to get more experience in the field of aesthetics especially with tear trough procedure. During these sessions, the delegates can observe various treatments with prior permission from clients. They can also perform treatments on their own clients once the appropriate insurance is in place, under supervision of one of our doctors. There is no extra charge for such sessions.
